I’m Samu, a videographer. For my films I’ve been in a lot of restaurants, from fine dining to a village inn with twelve tables.
What impressed me everywhere was the precision of the cooking. What I noticed everywhere was what gets left undone afterwards. Nobody went into hospitality to answer Google reviews. So I wrote down what I would ask ChatGPT in your place. Five hundred times.

Can’t I just ask ChatGPT myself?
You can, and you’ll get generic tips. The difference lies in what happens beforehand: Prep List hands the AI your restaurant, a clear role, a goal, the industry know-how that goes with it and rules against AI filler. That is the hours of work behind each of the 500 prompts. You just tap.
ChatGPT remembers everything about my restaurant by now.
True, and it helps. But it only knows what you happened to mention at some point, and it doesn’t tell you what to do now. Prep List asks specifically for what matters to get good results, such as quiet days, prices or your Google rating, and comes with 500 well-thought-out tasks backed by industry know-how. Do I need a paid AI subscription?
No. All 500 prompts work with the free versions of ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, and with Microsoft Copilot too. The free versions only have a daily limit: if you get through a lot in one day, you may have to wait a few hours. Editing photos or creating images works for free with ChatGPT or Gemini. Claude can look at and assess photos, but not edit them.
I know nothing about AI. Will this still work for me?
That is exactly what Prep List is made for. An assistant walks you through the setup the first time you open it: short questions about your restaurant and your goals, most of them tap to answer. After that, the rule is simple: if you can copy and paste a WhatsApp message, you can do this.
How does the AI know my Google review, for example?
Prep List puts your fixed details, such as name, cuisine and tone, into every prompt automatically. What changes each time, like a new review or your monthly figures, you add as you copy: copy the text in Google, tap “Paste” in Prep List, done. Or simply attach a screenshot in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
How do I get the product?
Right after payment you land in the web app. There you can email yourself your access link with one tap, or add Prep List to your home screen. All prompts are also available as a PDF in the app.
Do I get an invoice for my business?
Yes. You automatically receive an invoice showing VAT, with your company name on request.
What happens to my data?
Your details under “My restaurant” are stored only in your own browser, and I can’t see them. Whatever you paste into an AI goes to its provider. That is why Prep List includes a short rule for your team on which data never belongs in an AI.
Does this replace my agency or my staff?
No. It takes over the routine writing so you have more time for guests. For big campaigns, photos and films, a professional is still worth it.
Can I get replies in other languages?
Yes. Just tell the AI which language you want the answer in, for example for guests from abroad.
